An efficient distribution of the available areas in the park has been carried out. Specific zones have been assigned for different types of industries, encouraging interaction and collaboration between related companies. In addition, green areas, recreational space and common areas have been considered to improve the quality of life of the business community.

Infrastructures and specialized services
The implementation of specialized infrastructures and services that meet the needs of companies in the park has been prioritized. This includes internal wide 4 and 2 lane roads, potable and black water supply systems, Fire and Sprinkler systems, sub terranean electricity lines, and Telecommunication lines, as well as high-speed Internet connectivity. In addition, measures have been established to promote sustainability, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment plant for all park facilities.

Designed with the concept of flexible spaces that gives the ability of businesses to expand as they grow, giving businesses the opportunity to grow within the park. This fosters stability and continuity of operations over the long term.
